By using PayBeacon you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site, data, or widget.

Benchmark, not professional advice

PayBeacon publishes modeled gross-wage benchmarks before tax. The figures are not job offers, compensation quotes, guarantees, tax advice, legal advice, financial advice, or a calculation of an individual travel package. They exclude housing and travel stipends, overtime, shift differentials, bonuses, benefits, reimbursements, and individual tax circumstances. Verify all employment terms with the relevant agency or facility and consult a qualified professional when needed.

Data and attribution

Source records from BLS, CMS, and state agencies retain their public-domain, government-work, or source-specific status. To the extent PayBeacon owns rights in its selection, organization, and derived machine-readable benchmark output, that output is offered under CC BY 4.0. Government names and sources do not imply endorsement of PayBeacon, and PayBeacon's derived HCRIS conclusions are not attributable to CMS.

Widget use

You may embed the free widget on lawful pages. Keep its visible branded attribution and do not use it in a misleading way, imply government endorsement, interfere with its disclosures, or represent a benchmark as a live job quote. A valid Pro license may remove attribution only on its licensed domain.

Pro subscriptions

PayBeacon Pro embeds licenses one publisher domain and renews at the monthly or annual interval selected at checkout until canceled. Link is the merchant of record. Orders, billing, invoices, transaction support, payment-method changes, and subscription management are handled through Link and Stripe’s hosted services linked from Manage account. Pro access requires both a valid domain-bound key and an active subscription status.

The price, tax treatment, merchant-of-record identity, and any additional transaction terms shown in hosted checkout apply to that purchase. PayBeacon does not receive or store full card details.

Availability and warranty

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Government sources can be delayed, corrected, suppressed, or unavailable. To the extent allowed by law, PayBeacon disclaims warranties and is not liable for decisions or losses based on the benchmarks or an interruption of the service.
